HIMSS14
Medical Web Experts is proud to announce that members of the Bridge Patient Portal team, led by President and CEO John Deutsch, will be attending this year’s annual HIMSS conference, which is being held February 23-27 in Orlando, Florida.
Bridge representatives will be in attendance for the last three days of the conference, from February 25-27 – and they are looking forward to meeting with clinicians, IT professionals, and healthcare executives.
Bridge is one of the leading software solutions for patient engagement, one of the main topics of interest at HIMSS14. Patient engagement is the process by which patients become active participants in their own health. It is made possible thanks to new technologies and health IT solutions that make it easy for patients to have access to health information and communicate with their care teams.
Some of the other topics that HIMSS education sessions and specialty programs will focus on this year include IT standards and interoperability, privacy and security, health information exchange, mobile health, the and value of health IT.
